Répression massive du HDP par le régime d’Erdogan en 2020

La bête noir du régime d’Erdogan, le Parti démocratique des peuples (HDP), a publié jeudi un rapport concernant les violations des droits ciblant le parti en 2020. « En 2020, 1750 membres et/ou dirigeants du HDP ont été arrêtés, 172 d’entre eux ont été emprisonnés », a souligné le rapport.

150 civils kidnappés par des djihadistes pro-turcs dans un village du Afrin, un habitant traîné derrière un véhicule

Des mercenaires pro-turcs ont enlevé 150 civils dans le village de Mirkan, à Mabata, dans la région kurde d’Afrin occupée par la Turquie, au nord de la Syrie, a rapporté l’agence de presse Hawar News (ANHA). Dans ce même village, un habitant a été traîné derrière un véhicule, avec une corde attachée au cou, selon une organisation locale de défense des droits humains.

Çelebi:This decision of Guven is a legal scandal

Speaking to Mezopotamya Agency (MA), lawyer Serdar Çelebi said that the decision regarding his client, Leyla Güven, who was sentenced to 22 years and 3 months in prison and detained on the accusation of “being a member of a terrorist organization” and “propagandizing a terrorist organization” due to her duties as the co-chair of the Democratic Society Congress (DTK), was scandalous.

La CEDH demande la libération immédiate de Selahattin Demirtas

La Cour européenne des droits de l’homme a jugé ce mardi que la détention de Selahattin Demirtas était contraire à la convention et demandé à la Turquie de “prendre toutes les mesures nécessaires” pour la libération immédiate de l’ancien député kurde du HDP.

The Kurdish Center for Human Rights was established in Geneva in 2000, according to the Suisse civil law. In response to the genocide, war crimes and human rights violations occurring across the Kurdish regions of Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Syria.

The KCHR, as a non-profit organization of social utility, was born from the need to  inform the European and Swiss people and the OHCHR on human rights violations against the Kurds via seminars and other dialogue platforms and to attend their meetings; to establish a dialogue with NGO’s, civil movements, associations, government and civil institutions..
