Libri critici in Turchia non vengono solo vietati. La giustizia turca li strumentalizza anche come prove per accuse di terrorismo.- Appena due settimane dopo il referendum sull’indipendenza della regione nel nord dell’Iraq, l’11 ottobre il libro “Rojava: tempo dei curdi” è stato vietato da un tribunale turco.

Grande investimento dell’AKP a Diyarbakir, completato il carcere chiuso di tipo T1

Il secondo più grande carcere in Turchia dopo il carcere di Silivri entrerà in servizio nei prossimi giorni insieme al carcere di alta sicurezza di tipo E e tipo D. Il carcere chiuso di tipo D a Diyarbakir che è il secondo più grande in Turchia dopo il carcere di Silivri è stato completato.

Detenuto malato: Siamo soggetti a pratiche disumane

Il detenuto malato Hasan Asa nel carcere di Diyarbakir di tipo D ha affermato che sono soggetti a pratiche disumane. Il detenuto Hasan Asa (44) è rimasto nel carcere chiuso di tipo D di Diyarbakir in attesa di giudizio per 3 anni, e ha scritto recentemente una lettera per richiamare l’attenzione sulla violazione dei diritti nel carcere.

Family: We want the body, we will take the execution to court

Footage had surfaced of HPG guerrilla Cuma Imen being captured alive in the Beytüşşebap district countryside in Şırnak and Imen was later executed by soldiers. Cuma Imen’s family demand their child’s body and say they will take the execution to court.

The Kurdish Center for Human Rights was established in Geneva in 2000, according to the Suisse civil law. In response to the genocide, war crimes and human rights violations occurring across the Kurdish regions of Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Syria.

The KCHR, as a non-profit organization of social utility, was born from the need to  inform the European and Swiss people and the OHCHR on human rights violations against the Kurds via seminars and other dialogue platforms and to attend their meetings; to establish a dialogue with NGO’s, civil movements, associations, government and civil institutions..
