Ibrahim: Turkish state targets Kurdish women

The Co-chair of the Lawyers Union in al-Jazira region, Khadija Ibrahim, indicated that the will of the Kurdish women was targeted by the Turkish state, which enacted laws according to its mentality, and said: “The relevant institutions are in that sleep of death.”

The missing women of Afrin

The Missing Afrin Women Project is dedicated to document the crimes carried out by the mercenaries affiliated to the Turkish state in Afrin. The project has recorded over 200 cases of women abducted by mercenaries since the invasion of Afrin in March 2018.

Leyla Güven, Coprésidente du Congrès pour une Société démocratique et ancienne députée du Parti démocratique des Peuples, a été condamnée, ce lundi, à 22 ans et trois mois de prison par un tribunal turc, pour « appartenance à une organisation terroriste ».

Un lobbyiste d’Erdogan arrêté avec 100 kilos d’héroïne à la frontière de l’UE

Veysel Filiz, lobbyiste de la coalition AKP/MHP au pouvoir en Turquie, a été arrêté, début décembre, avec une centaine de kilos d’héroïne dans ses bagages, alors qu’il tentait d’entrer sur le territoire de l’Union européenne. Anciennement attaché de presse de l’ambassade de Turquie à Bruxelles, il avait été expulsé par la Belgique en raison de ses activités d’espionnage. L’AANES dénonce les crimes de guerre de la Turquie

La commission humanitaire de l’Administration autonome du Nord et de l’Est de la Syrie (AANES) a condamné les attaques turques contre la population civile à Ain Issa et a qualifié l’interruption de l’approvisionnement en eau, à Hasseke, de crime de guerre. La commission a ainsi lancé un appel aux Nations-Unis.

HRW: Russian intervention in Syria was funded at expense of Russian taxpayers

Human Rights Watch reported that as all parties to the Syrian conflict are committing serious violations of the laws of war, the Russian intervention was characterized by the indiscriminate bombing of schools, hospitals and markets, and cost Moscow millions of dollars collected from the Russian people’s taxes.

The Kurdish Center for Human Rights was established in Geneva in 2000, according to the Suisse civil law. In response to the genocide, war crimes and human rights violations occurring across the Kurdish regions of Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Syria.

The KCHR, as a non-profit organization of social utility, was born from the need to  inform the European and Swiss people and the OHCHR on human rights violations against the Kurds via seminars and other dialogue platforms and to attend their meetings; to establish a dialogue with NGO’s, civil movements, associations, government and civil institutions..
