Le manuscrit du nouveau livre, intitulé «l’armée de l’imam» sur le chef de la confrérie Gulen, de journaliste Ahmet Sik, incarcéré le 3 mars dans le cadre de l’affaire Ergekenon, a été saisi et détruit dans la nuit de mercredi à jeudi à l’imprimerie avant sa parution.

Commission on Equal Opportunities: Discrimination against women still strong

2010 black year for women in Turkey

AI urges Iran not to execute Habibollah Latifi

Amnesty International has released an urgent appeal to stop the execution of Habibollah Latifi, a male member of the Kurdish minority in Iran. His execution has been scheduled for 26 December, according to his lawyer. He was sentenced to death following an unfair trial.

The Kurdish Center for Human Rights was established in Geneva in 2000, according to the Suisse civil law. In response to the genocide, war crimes and human rights violations occurring across the Kurdish regions of Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Syria.

The KCHR, as a non-profit organization of social utility, was born from the need to  inform the European and Swiss people and the OHCHR on human rights violations against the Kurds via seminars and other dialogue platforms and to attend their meetings; to establish a dialogue with NGO’s, civil movements, associations, government and civil institutions..
