Turkish soldiers attack graveyard and a mausoleum in Hasankeyf

The Turkish state systematically targets graveyards and tombs but this time destroyed a mausoleum and tombs in the village of Günesli in Hasankeyf. The Turkish flag was hung on the trees in the graveyard.

25 years later: Victims of Gazi massacre commemorated

In the Gazi district of Istanbul, the victims of the 1995 massacre have been commemorated. Numerous Alevis and representatives of Alevi groups and organizations called for the punishment of former Turkish Prime Minister Tansu Çiller, who is held responsible for the massacre and the pogroms of the 1990s.

The violations on Afrin’s monuments, amid international silence

The monuments of Afrin city had been looted and destroyed by Turkish occupation and its mercenaries, since two years, amid international silent. Since the second day of the attacks by the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries on Afrin canton, which launched on January 18, 2018, the Temple of Ain Dara archaeological temple was targeted by Turkish air strikes, after the raids, UNESCO issued a statement expressing its concern about the attacks, but the latter has intensified its attacks.

The Kurdish Center for Human Rights was established in Geneva in 2000, according to the Suisse civil law. In response to the genocide, war crimes and human rights violations occurring across the Kurdish regions of Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Syria.

The KCHR, as a non-profit organization of social utility, was born from the need to  inform the European and Swiss people and the OHCHR on human rights violations against the Kurds via seminars and other dialogue platforms and to attend their meetings; to establish a dialogue with NGO’s, civil movements, associations, government and civil institutions..
