Centinaia di bambini nelle carceri turche

Secondo il Ministero della Giustizia a novembre 2017 c’erano 624 bambini sotto i sei anni nelle carceri turche. L’ingiustizia e la violazione dei diritti umani in Turchia ha raggiunto un livello che non può più essere ignorato dalle istituzioni internazionali.

Seconda udienza per 17 bambini a Nusaybin

Il secondo processo a 17 bambini che erano stati arrestati durante il coprifuoco dichiarato a Nusaybin, distretto i Mardin, è iniziato oggi al Tribunale penale di Mardin. Durante il coprifuoco imposto nel distretto di Nusaybin nella provincia di Mardin, 76 persone erano state evacuate dal distretto il 6 maggio 2016.

United Nations Human Rights Spokesperson Ravina Shamdasani made a statement on reports of civilian deaths and injuries in Afrin due to airstrikes, ground-based strikes, reports of civilians being prevented from leaving Afrin city by Kurdish forces.

The Kurdish Center for Human Rights was established in Geneva in 2000, according to the Suisse civil law. In response to the genocide, war crimes and human rights violations occurring across the Kurdish regions of Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Syria.

The KCHR, as a non-profit organization of social utility, was born from the need to  inform the European and Swiss people and the OHCHR on human rights violations against the Kurds via seminars and other dialogue platforms and to attend their meetings; to establish a dialogue with NGO’s, civil movements, associations, government and civil institutions..
