Sei abitanti di villaggio che vivono nella provincia occidentale dell’Azerbaijan in Iran sono stati condannati a morte e a lunghe pene detentive. Gli abitanti di villaggio di ‘Ghoreh Sagh’ nelle vicinanze di Oshnavieh (Shno in curdo) sono stati recentemente condannati a morte e a lunghe pene detentive in Iran dopo che sono stati accusati di“Moharebeh” ( inimicizia a Dio) a causa della loro presunta appartenenza a partito curdo.

La Co-presidente di IHD Eren Keskin ha sottolineato la sempre più grave condizione dei malati detenuti nelle carceri che sotto lo stato di emergenza non hanno più l’opportunità per le cure e ha invitato l’Organizzazione Mondiale della Sanità a svolgere una indagine sulle carceri turche.

Keskin: World Health Organization should investigate the Turkish prisons

IHD Co-chair Eren Keskin pointed out the increasingly severe condition of the sick arrestees in prisons and that they had no more opportunities for treatment under the State of Emergency, and called on the World Health Organisation to investigate.

For the last nine days, there has been no communication with the people in Kuruköy (Xereba Bava), a village in Turkey’s southeastern district of Nusaybin (Mardin province), that is under round-the-clock military curfew and has been cut off from electrical and telephone services in the region.

IHD: 47 detenuti malati sono morti in Turchia nel 2016

La Commissione carceri della sezione di Istanbul di IHD ha affermato che 47 detenuti malati hanno perso la loro vita nelle carceri turche nel 2016. La Commissione carceri della sezione di Istanbul dell’Associazione dei Diritti Umani hanno svolto una manifestazione nella piazza Galatasaray di Istanbul per richiamare l’attenzione sulla situazione dei detenuti malati in Turchia.

The “Democracy and Resolution” announcement made at Newroz in Diyarbakır on 21 March 2013 signified the publizingof an ongoing process of dialoguethat had begun in 2012 with the aim of finding a lasting peace. The text of an accord, that was to pave the way for a more transparent negotiation, was shared with public opinion in the presence of government officials and the Imrali Delegation on 28 February 2015.

The Kurdish Center for Human Rights was established in Geneva in 2000, according to the Suisse civil law. In response to the genocide, war crimes and human rights violations occurring across the Kurdish regions of Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Syria.

The KCHR, as a non-profit organization of social utility, was born from the need to  inform the European and Swiss people and the OHCHR on human rights violations against the Kurds via seminars and other dialogue platforms and to attend their meetings; to establish a dialogue with NGO’s, civil movements, associations, government and civil institutions..
