Il Forum sull’acqua vedrà la partecipazione di attori della società civile dell’intera regione della Mesopotamia all’interno degli stati di Iraq, Iran, Turchia, Siria. Il Forum Mesopotamico dell’acqua è un forum alternativo della società civile per l’acqua, uno spazio aperto per dare voce a coloro che sono emarginati ed esclusi dalla discussione sulla gestione delle risorse idriche nella regione mesopotamica.

Moschea di Eyyübi spostata da Hasankeyf

Si intende sommergere nell’acqua la località di Hasankeyf in kurdo Heskîf, con dodicimila anni di storia. Nonostante da decisione contraria di un tribunale, ieri la moschea di Eyyübi vecchia di 630 anni è stata spostata da Heskîf.

Prigionieri politici in Turchia in sciopero della fame. Solidarietà con loro anche in Germania. Colloquio con Leyla Imret- Leyla Imret fino a quando è stata destituita dal suo incarico dallo Stato turco, è stata sindaca a Cizre, una città delle province curde nel sudest della Turchia. Dal 2017 vive in esilio a Brema.

10.000 rights violations in the Kurdistan Region in 10 months

The Kurdish Center for Human Rights was established in Geneva in 2000, according to the Suisse civil law. In response to the genocide, war crimes and human rights violations occurring across the Kurdish regions of Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Syria.

The KCHR, as a non-profit organization of social utility, was born from the need to  inform the European and Swiss people and the OHCHR on human rights violations against the Kurds via seminars and other dialogue platforms and to attend their meetings; to establish a dialogue with NGO’s, civil movements, associations, government and civil institutions..
