Un blindato turco uccide 22enne a Dersim

Il rapporto IHD ha citato almeno 63 collisioni di blindati nell’ultimo decennio: “A seguito di 63 casi, 36 persone, tra cui 16 bambini e 6 donne, hanno perso la vita”. Oktay Er è stato colpito da un blindato militare turco sulla strada principale nel villaggio di Göktepe, nel distretto Mazgirt di Dersim. Il 22enne è stato investito dal veicolo militare mentre attraversava la strada. Mentre Er ha perso la vita sul posto, il suo corpo è stato inviato a Malatya per un’autopsia.

37 Kolbars tués, 82 autres blessés en 6 mois

Kolbars, des porteurs qui gagnent leur vie en transportant des marchandises à travers la frontière entre le Sud-Kurdistan (Irak) et l’Est-Kurdistan (Iran). Selon la page Kolbarnews, depuis mars 2019, 37 Kolbars ont perdu la vie et 82 autres ont été blessés aux frontières des trois parties du Kurdistan (Iran, Irak, et Turquie).

Journalist Ataman sentenced to 14 years in prison

Ziya Ataman, a reporter for Dicle News Agency (DİHA) which was shut down through a Statutory Decree, was arrested on 11 April 2016, accused of “participating in an operation of a terrorist organization”. Police detained Ataman after he covered a protest in the city of Van, in eastern Turkey. He has been imprisoned in Van High Security Prison for over three years.

Turkish armored vehicle kills 22-year-old in Dersim

Oktay Er was hit by a Turkish military armored vehicle on the main street in Göktepe village in Dersim’s Mazgirt district. The 22-year-old was run over by the military vehicle while crossing the road. While Er lost his life at the scene, his body was sent to Malatya for an autopsy.

The Kurdish Center for Human Rights was established in Geneva in 2000, according to the Suisse civil law. In response to the genocide, war crimes and human rights violations occurring across the Kurdish regions of Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Syria.

The KCHR, as a non-profit organization of social utility, was born from the need to  inform the European and Swiss people and the OHCHR on human rights violations against the Kurds via seminars and other dialogue platforms and to attend their meetings; to establish a dialogue with NGO’s, civil movements, associations, government and civil institutions..
