Iranian border guards opened fire on a group of Kurdish border porters known as Kolbars in the border areas of Somayeh Broadost, Orumiyeh, West Azerbaijan Province on July 09.
As a result, three Kolbars identified as Hekmat Ahmadi, Shamzin Ahmadi and Roshan Jahangir got injured, local sources told the Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN).
The three Kolbars were taken to a hospital at the Kurdish town of Yoksekova in Turkey for treatment.
