The Foreign Relations Department of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria held a press conference regarding the use of internationally prohibited weapons by the Turkish state in its military offensive launched against the region on October 9. The press conference was attended by Abdulkerim Omer, co-chair of the Foreign Relations Department, and Ciwan Mustafa, co-chair of the Health Committee.

Military Operation to North and East Syria…
Within the military operation of Turkish Armed Forces to north and east Syria; Ministry of National Defence made a declaration on October 31, 2019 and announced that 1 soldier died (İsmail Sarıcan) and 6 soldiers got wounded due to an explosion.
On October 9, 2019 the Turkish army with Islamic allies started an offensive targeting mainly the area between Sere Kaniye and Tell Abiad. SDF in turn started to defend it. After few hours a massive displacement of population started toward south areas of Hasake, Raqqa, Ein issa and Tel Tamir. Below the detailed report day by day with photos and the casualties recorded.
