KMMK: The number of detainees in East Kurdistan reached 92

According to reports received to the Human Rights Association Kurdistan (KMMK) e.V. , with the last four environmental, civilian activists in the different cities arrested, the number of detainees reached ninety-two persons.

During the past two weeks, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard and intelligence forces of Iran initiated an operation to arrest many human rights, environmental, and civilian activists across the East of Kurdistan. Not to mention that these operations cared out violence and have not been demonstrated with even judiciary permits.

KMMK has been in touch with some of the families and relevant of these detainees. They have been told that these activists are maintained in unknown facilities. The violence carried out by intelligence agencies and being unaware of detainees’ place caused severe concern about their health and safety.

The number of families reports to the KMMK has been successful in having a short conversation with their children over the phone call. They approved that their children been torture and not been allowed to speak in the Kurdish language in the phone conversation.

According to latest update by KMMK the list of detainees by cities so far is:

Mahabad: Iman Abdi, Hassan Abdi, Soran Hassan Zada, Amir Bayzidi Azar, Darya Talebani, Shapol Khezry, Salar Rahvi, Afshin Mam Ahmadi, Sirvan Nori, Farzad Samani, Soran Omar Zadh, Asrin Mohamadi, Sohaib Badroj.

Bokan: Aziz Naseri, Hossain Gardeshi, Ghader Rasolpor, Mohamad Haji Rasolpor, Ali Zolfi, Hossain Mehrabani, Heresh Rasulpor, Fouad Mohamadi Por, Fariba Ahmadi, Rojin Mohamad Por, Rashid Ahmadi, Mohamad Amin Ahmadi, Reza Mohamadi, Farhad Zandi, Ata Rahman Zadeh, Sardar Mohamad Por, Azima Naseri, Mahyadin Shama, Hammed Rasolpor, Ayub Rasolpor, Hossain Rasolpor, Edris Haji Rasolpor, Salah Haji Rasolpor, Sirvan Mohamdpor.
